When I place an order, when will my card be charged?
Once you have placed an order with Cheep Trims Online, your credit card will not be charged until the day it is shipped.
When will the transaction show on my statement?
The transaction may show in your current statement or in your next statement. This all depends on your financial institution.

What is a Gross?
A Gross is 144 pieces.
How many mm are in a inch?
There are 25 mm in one inch.
Do you have a minimum Order?
Yes, we do have a $65.00 minimum order.
Can I buy less than the minimum?
No, you must buy in increments of the minimum.
What is “Put-Up”
“Put-Up” is how many yards are on the roll, or how many pieces are in the bag etc.
How do you ship?
We ship all domestic order via UPS.
Orders to AK & HI are shipped via USPS, as are all international orders.
Do you ship to P.O boxes?
No we do not ship to PO BOXES, unless it’s an international address.
When are orders shipped?
Order are shipped Monday thru Friday.
Are you closed on Holidays?
Yes, Cheep Trims Observes all National Holidays.

Can you Drop ship?
Yes.
Do you ship C.O.D?
No. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Yes we ship internationally via USPS Global Express & Priority Mail.
How long will it take to get my order?
Processing time for orders is from 2-5 business days. In addition there is transit time which varies from state to state.
What is your Privacy Policy?
We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. You can be confident that we will not sell or exchange names, or any other information about our online customers, with third parties. In order to improve your overall shopping experience, we do collect information on which pages you access on our site so we can judge what areas of the site are most popular and which are not. We also keep track of information volunteered during the order and registration processes – and keep this information confidential.
What is your return policy?
Cheep Trims goal is to provide complete customer satisfaction through quick and simple online shopping.
All Claims must be made within 5 days from delivery date, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Prior to returning any products you must contact us and provide the following so that we can issue a Return Authorization number (RA). We will need the following:
- Order number
- Customer Name
- Reason for returning product
- Item code (listed on invoice/order)
- Quantity to be returned
** Cheep Trims WILL NOT accept any returns without a RA number.
Cheep Trims will only accept returns :
- If the product is in its original condition
- Returned within 5 days of the delivery date
- Only with a valid return authorization number (RA) written on the OUTSIDE of the package.
Once we receive the product(s) and all of the above stipulations have been satisfied,Cheep Trims will issue a refund for the cost of the product(s).
Cheep Trims does not refund the original shipping amount on unsatisfactory products.
Refund processing may take up to 2 weeks.
